2. Products and availability
We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary by screen, and packaging may change. All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, correct errors, or withdraw a product before accepting an order.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency selected for your market and include applicable taxes where stated. Delivery charges and any other amount payable will be shown before you submit the order. Payment must be authorised using a payment method offered at checkout.
4. Orders and contract formation
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean acceptance. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the product. If we cannot accept an order, we will notify you and refund any amount taken.
5. Delivery and fulfilment
Products may be fulfilled from UK, US or selected overseas locations. Items in one order may arrive separately. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. 6. Cancellations, returns and refunds
UK consumers may have a legal right to cancel many online purchases within 14 days after delivery, subject to statutory exceptions. Our Returns & Refunds page explains how to notify us, return eligible items, and report faulty, damaged or incorrect goods. Your statutory rights are not affected.
7. Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate account, contact, billing and delivery information, keep any account credentials secure, and use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the website, introduce malicious code, scrape it without permission, misuse another person’s information, or attempt fraudulent purchases.

Promotions may have additional eligibility, timing, product and usage conditions. Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash, combined, or applied after an order is placed. We may cancel a promotion affected by error, fraud or misuse.
